Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
We fully respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same respect in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit takedown notices to our designated DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions, which grant us immunity from certain infringement claims when we follow proper procedures. To submit a legitimate claim of copyright infringement, you must provide a written notice containing the following required information:
Notice of Infringement – Submission Requirements
-
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
-
A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
-
Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including enough information for us to locate it—please include the full URL of the specific page involved to assist us in finding the material;
-
Sufficient contact details for the complaining party, including full name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number (if applicable);
-
A statement made in good faith affirming that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
-
A statement confirming the accuracy of the information in your notice and, under penalty of perjury, that the person submitting the notice is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important Notice:
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a DMCA notification may be subject to civil liability, including damages, legal costs, and attorney’s fees.
Please direct all DMCA takedown notices to us through our official Contact page. For quicker processing, we strongly recommend submitting the notice via email.
Please Note:
We may disclose the complainant’s identity and the content of the infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a DMCA claim, you agree and acknowledge that such disclosure may occur.
Counter Notification – Requesting Restoration of Removed Material
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this removal was in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notification to have the material reinstated. To do so, please submit a written counter notice to our DMCA Agent that includes the following, as outlined in 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):
-
Your physical or electronic signature;
-
A description of the content that was taken down and its original location prior to removal;
-
A statement, under penalty of perjury, declaring that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to a mistake or incorrect identification;
-
Your full name, physical address, and phone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the judicial district where you reside (or, if outside of the U.S., to any judicial district where the service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent;
-
Please send your counter-notice using our Contact page. Submitting via email is highly preferred for faster attention.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We treat copyright infringement with the utmost seriousness. In compliance with the DMCA’s requirements regarding repeat infringers, we maintain a database of copyright complaints and make a good faith effort to identify users who repeatedly violate copyright law. Accounts found to be in breach of our repeat infringer policy will be permanently terminated.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify this DMCA policy and the contents of this page at any time and for any reason. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
