By participating in the Giveaway Quiz, all entrants acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Participation is open to eligible individuals only, and the organizers reserve the absolute right to disqualify any entry that does not conform to the stated rules or appears to involve fraudulent activity.

The announcement of winners will be made at the discretion of the organizers, and any prize or product promised in the giveaway is strictly subject to availability. In the event that the stated product is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, the organizers reserve the exclusive right to either cancel the participant’s reward eligibility or replace the product with an item of equal or lesser value, without prior notice or obligation.

It is expressly understood that participation in this quiz does not guarantee any entitlement to receive a prize. Winning is conditional upon the participant’s compliance with all rules and the final decision of the organizers, which shall be binding and non-negotiable. Furthermore, the organizers retain the full authority to cancel, modify, or suspend any individual’s participation at any time, particularly in cases of misconduct, misuse, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

The organizers assume no liability for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from the delivery of prizes, including logistical complications, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification at any time, and continued participation will be deemed as acceptance of any such changes. All decisions made by the organizers regarding the conduct of the quiz and the distribution of rewards shall be final.
